Recently my Mac Book Pro makes a sound like a rain stick when picked up or lifted sideways, like there is something loose inside. The performance is not affected at all, and it occurs when on or off. I have attempted not to lift or shift my laptop from side to side to reduce the possibility of this "inside noise" from occurring. The sound is similar to a rainstick when shifted back and forth. Tumbling sound.
I plan to head to an Apple Store for support but the closest one is 2 hours away.
Any thoughts on what it could be. The laptop has never been dropped or shaken and is 2 years old( 2011).
Thanks in advance!
