How do I reset back to factory settings?

Hello All,
Just sold my macbook pro and need to reset it back to factory settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are the specs:

MacBook Pro "Core i7" 2.2 17-Inch
2.2Ghz Quad Core i7
16GB DDR3 memory
750GB hard drive

Running OS X Version 10.8.2

When you installed OS X Mountain Lion, it installed a recovery partition for you..Go through the recovery process described here and erase your current installation and get a new installation of OS X. Once installed, turn the computer off and give to the new owner, when they first power it on they will be able to go through the new computer setup process and configure the machine how they want it with computer name, user accounts, passwords and all that jazz..
