App for adding photo and text to a page

I'm going to a trade fair to look for new products. I want to use my ipad to document the products (+information) that I see.

It can be as simpel as a page with 2 frames: 1) Add Photo. 2) Add text
I want to be able to create different files (per producer), each with x-nr of pages, that I can email to my company.

Surely there must be Apps with this functionality, or to create this functionality.
I just can not seem to find anything appropriate...

Please help, much appreciated.

Using Skitch and Pages together could probably accomplish what you are looking for? My best guess anyway.

Bento for iPhone would probably do the job. I think it's $5.
