iTunes migration questions

I've managed to copy the music from my PC iTunes to the mac iTunes using home sharing. However, I have a couple of questions:

1. I don't have as much album art on the mac iTunes. How can I get iTunes on the mac to download album art?

2. I cannot find a way to copy my playlists from the PC to the mac.

Me personally, I just copy the whole iTunes folder into the Music folder on the Mac, this usually brings over everything, playlists, cover art etc.
