using iDisk to host files

Hello everybody,
my group made something in final cut pro, we put it into flash and want to put the flash (.swf) file on our myspace..
so I put the .swf file on my iDisk and would like to host it from there.. how can i get access to the file...
meaning.. where is is.. ie.. http://dotmac.apple.com/something/something/myspace.swf..
i know that is not accurate so if somebody could help me that would be greatly apprieated...

don't you just want to go to the file section of homepage and upload one to there?

Put it in your iDisks sites folder, and then the address will be:

homepage.mac.com/username/myspace.swf

thank you.. that helps so much. I realized this morning i have to put a preloader on the swf file or else people are going to see a black screen for a while... so I will do that and after you guys can see it. its pretty good but we knocked down the quality alot so that it would not take years to download on the internet, lol
