Sorry for attackinng the *musicianship* of this Ben guy, I just am not in to it I guess. The fact that its 3 years old, only helps apple's case then. The fact that it only sold 300,000 makes it moderately succesful, and then again, fairly obscure. I think the main reason why this song saw a resurgance in popularity is because of the movie "Garden State" right?

It was covered by Iron&Wine for the soundtrack. I honestly don't care about it that much, but I get a little defensive when people discuss artistic stuff like this, as I've been in bands before, and it's not that easy. So if I saw someone ripping-off my work, ya, I'd be angry.
