Anyone have difficulty in receiving emails? Some emails don't arrive on mine, and I wonder if this could be because of the size of the email. Also, some emails take a long time to arrive.

The size of the email shouldnt make any difference. I actually have my emails come quicker on my iPhone5 than i do through the MacMail.app on my MBP.
If you dont recieve the emails, how do you know you aren’t getting them ??

Some of mine don't download properly.

Either it says the email has no content or it sort of breaks off part way through.

They download fine in Mail on the Mac - and on both my Nexus7 and my Samsung GS3 phone - so why not on the iPad Mini?

Fairly sure they work correctly on my iPod Touch (last generation but one).

Is there a setting limiting the size of emails on the iPad Mini, maybe to reduce the amount of data downloaded, with an option to download the rest if you actually want the email?

I receive them on my iMac, but not always on the iPad.
