Hello All,

I recently purchased a late 2012 iMac and have upgraded the Ram myself to 32GB leaving me with the 8GB Ram (2x4). Using crucial scanner it says I need DDR3 PC3-8500 • CL=7 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1066 • 1.35V • 512Meg x 64 for the MacBook Pro.

Will the 2X4 DDR3 • PC3-12800 • Unbuffered • SODIMM • 1.3v work with my Mid 2009 Macbook Pro?

Thanks for the input!
