Internet Audio to iTunes Solution

Does somebody have a solution to capture audio from the Internet using Firefox web browser on my Mac BookPro using OS X Version 10.8.2, and inputting into iTunes as MP3, so I can download to my iPod Nano? ADubin

There are lots out there but my favourite is Audio Hijack, it is well worth the price
