Good day,

How do we go about printing all email addresses?

I can see them all, in "Windows- Previous recipients" but no way able to print them.

Many thanks and best regards.

Go into Contacts and when opened there is a Print option there.

Harry's beaten me to it!

Open Contacts; click on one name and use Cmd + A to select them all. Then click on File (Menu Bar) and from drop down, select Print. This will print them all, or you can create a PDF of them all. If you want to be more selective in your choice of names, highlight those you want and repeat the process.

Finally, you can create an archive of your contacts which can be stored on an EHD and this could be useful if you ever had to replace your Contacts list. Go to File, and from drop down, select Export > Address Book (or Contacts) Archive and save wherever you want.

By the way, you can do exactly the same for your Calendar using the same sequences.

I got the impression that he wants to print the addresses that appear in the Previous Recipients window. Just because you've emailed someone, doesn't mean that their address is in his Contacts(Do you mean Address Book)

MightyGem: as you may or may not know, Address Book and iCal are dead. Long live Contacts and Calendar.

If raybce (the OP) does want to make a copy of the "Previous Recipients" window rather than a Contacts list, then the screen capture method I described would work although he would not be able to edit them as it is, in effect, a photo.
