not really a beginner but I need help!

Hi....my Brother HL 2070-N is finally biting the dust. I thought that replacing the drum would fix the badly smeared and ghosted pages, but no....SO: I would love some advice on what printer I should get next. I am in a big old hurry, unfortunately. I do NOT want an all-in-one....I just want a black and white laser printer that will work with OS 10.6.8 and higher when I upgrade my OS. I want good print quality (I'm a graphic artist) but no bells and whistles. Any advice would be HUGELY appreciated, thank you!

You don't have to be a beginner to need help!

I have a Brother HL-2280DW wireless laser printer ($99 on sale). Been using it for about 2 years...and has worked great.

Thank you! I have been using Macs for YEARS and I still often find myself banging my head agains the virtual wall....sigh.....thanks again for the suggestion! ;>)
