Microsoft Word 2011

I am having problems with files in Word 2011 on my Mac.

I have quizzes that I am trying to mark from my students and when I open them, the answers are not showing up to the questions.

I opened this same file on my iPad and I see them fine.

What am I doing wrong, how can I fix this?

How are the fields designed? Did students simply add text to the document or do you have it set up with fields or some other sort of special object?

It was brought in by another program a Grade Centre.

So, does it have special fields or do students simply enter text?

Special fields. It is a Quiz set up on a platform called Blackboard 9
