i'm unable to watch video on my mac. The image jumps and doesnt stream properly. I have tried updating Adobe to no good effect. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Can you be more specific? What kind of machine are you using? What are you trying to watch and from where? What are the specs of your machine?
