where is little snitch?

i ve downloaded wondershare video app and after going thru the registration process where you type your email and code, i cant seem to register
the app tells me to block the application's internet access with
Little Snitch
so where is this Little Snitch? i am using MBP-osx mid 2012 and there is no little snitch when i go search in spotlight
how can install the software by detecting this snitch thing? or if not is there a way i can meddle with security in the applications and change Firewall, if thats the equivalent of little snitch
please, any suggestions are welcome
