Wifi auto-connect issue

My macbook air OS X 10.75 automatically connects to my neighbor's open wifi network instead of my own. How do I fix this?

System preferences>network>advanced. Highlight non desired network names,click minus key, press okay.

And, do your neighbor a favor and tell him to protect his network by using encryption along with a strong password.
