Application issues on New Mac Mini

I have just bought a new Mac Mini late 2012 i5.

I am trying to install Comic Zeal Sync and Switch (MP3 Converter) both programs refuse to install and I get a message Move to trash.

Any ideas.

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
It sounds like those programs may have PPC code or are written for a PPC Mac and that's why they won't install. Mountain Lion is Intel only.

Comic Zeal Sync is Intel, but they haven't updated the app since 10.5 - probably why it's not working. 10.6 was a pretty major change for a lot of apps.

Didn't look at the other one.
