I have not yet ordered iLife06, and I am not yet sure if I want to. The iWeb feature seems nice, but I would like to know if I can export a webpage and upload it to a server that is not on a .mac account. My reason for asking is that I have a domain and host that I am perfectly happy with, and so I really don't have a good reason to sign up for a .mac account.

Yes. You can export to a folder that contains all of the info in your website, which can then be uploaded onto what ever server you want.
