I backup oh, maybe once every three months.... i know not often, but I have no real need to. I use a 120gb external Western Digital Hard drive.

using some 160gb...docs, music, videos, pictures, widgets (i have 30 or so that i got)

i need to back up my pictures, but other than that for all of the programs i have installed i keep the .dmg/.sit/etc saved on a shared hdd on my PC. all of my music is also saved there too.
