Sync iPad, iPhone and iMac???

Is there an app to sync iMac, iPhone and an iPad? There must be. If I'm on a trip and use my iPad to access my email, deleting appropriately when I get home all those emails are still in my inbox. This creates a huge problem, time wise as I have to go through email once again.

Is there a solution of any kind?
