I can't play videos in iPhoto

I have only just noticed this but none of my videos are playing in iPhoto.
I'm guessing it has something to do with upgrading to Lion OS?
When I double click on a video in iphoto it doesn't launch quicktime or anything. Nothing happens at all.
Does anyone know how to rectify that?
