Apple ranks 34th in consumer electronics sales
December 2, 2003 - 10:51 EST According to the latest TWICE Top 100 CE Retailers ranking, Apple is the No. 34 seller of consumer electronics in the U.S. Apple, which made the list for the first time, had a 471.6 percent sales increase with US$383 million in volume. The top five retailers were Best Buy ($16.7 billion), Wal-Mart ($14.1 billion), Circuit City ($9.9 billion), Dell ($5.3 billion) and Target ($4.8 billion).

My Comments: Not bad.. seems to be doing better! I didnt realize Best Buy was doing better than Wal-Mart in consumer electronics.. kind of kewl :)
