Are any of them in the Dock?

There are two Applications folders, more if you created multiple user accounts. Spotlight is a dog, IMO. Make sure you look in the System Applications folder, not your User Applications folder.

Hi
year 2010,mountain lion,I restored from external hard drive through time machine.

Did you use Migration Assistant and select the Hard drive that was used for Time Machine?

Launch Pad > Other > Migration Assistant then select the hard drive that was used for Time Machine the rest is self explanatory.

Root directory / Applications

Root is probably called Macintosh HD or something similar.
But that ? in the Dock seems to be saying that the application can't be found.

A little black arrow, slightly curved, pointing up and to the right? That means the icon is a shortcut to an alias of the real Safari icon.
