Until recently, Safari had been working without incident. It seems from almost out of nowhere it is now crashing at regular intervals.

I don't run unnecessary apps when using Safari and have not d/loaded anything 'untoward'.

Is anyone else having this problem? Surely i cannot be alone?

Since there are literally millions of Macs in use, it is unlikely that you would be the only one having an issue. However, finding someone with the exact same issue as you may prove to be challenging.

First thing to do is to disable or uninstall any plug-ins/extensions you've added to Safari to find out if one of them may be causing it.

Currently running two extensions on Safari (Ghostery, AdBlock) disabled just now to see if that fixes this, very annoying, problem!

It was to see if this was a reported problem with Mac users as of late.
