I received a pdf from my cable company. I opened it and it showed with a transparent overlay on top of it. I opened the same pdf on my pc and it looked perfect. It showed the same problem on my iPhone and on another macbook pro. I checked and I have the latest Adobe reader. ???

Have you tried opening it with Preview? Is this something that you can take a screenshot of and share with us?
