How do I convert a .264 file format, so I can see it on my Macbook.
I tried Wondershare video converter, but it does not allow me to drag the file format to the application.

Wondershare = Chinese spammer junk. Avoid.

In the past I've used Visual Hub, you might want to look at the $12 iFFmpeg as its successor. Permute is a $10 option with more limited choices but it will do the job.

EDIT: Almost forgot, give the free MPEGStreamclip a try first. No sense paying for something if a free tool can do what you want.

Handbrake and Miro Video Converter will also work wonders.
