Have I paid twice for something I've just downloaded of iTunes

I've downloaded a TV episode off iTunes and it's come up with it in my TV programmes but it's listed twice under the picture (when I click it and the episodes come up). Have I paid twice for this or just once? It's an HD file I downloaded and both files are the same size so I expect they're both HD (1.79GB).

If you try and buy the same thing twice it tells you if you want to download it again to go to your purchases.

Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?

The first is showing it available in the cloud (you can see the cloud icon on the right)

The other is the one being downloaded. It's not finished downloading so far as I can see.

Once the download is complete you should just have one shown
