Hello,

I want to replace my PC desktop and PC laptop with a single notebook the new MBP 2012 and use mac osx and w7 in bootcamp and i have some questions. The configuration is the most basic one: 1440x900, i7 2.3ghz, 650M 512Vram 4Gb ram. I will probably change the optical drive with an SSD and add 4 Gb ram.

1. Is anything i should know or take in account before this switch.?
2. I only play Starcraft 2. Would i be able to play it on a secondary 1920x1200 monitor with medium to high settings?

Thanks!

According to Blizzard's system requirements you should have no problem whatsoever running Starcraft 2 on that machine. The extra 4 GB of memory is still a good idea though. LINK

I run SC2 on my 2007 MBP with 128mb Vram and 4gb ram in WinXp bootcamp on medium lowish settings. I think with a newer processor, faster ram and 4x the VRAM you should be able to run it pretty well.
