Looking for a system cleaning software. I've looked at mac-keeper and clean my mac which is better or is there something better entirely? My mac is running slow and I've done what I know to resolve this issue: cleaned cache relieved HD space etc.

Stay far, far, far away from MacKeeper and don't recall anyone around here suggesting the other one either.

Grab Onyx here - make sure you get the proper version to match your version of OS X.
And give 'em a little kick back if you like it.

Until you have time to scope out all it's options head for the Automation tab and check off everything under Cleaning and Maintenance.

If your drive has been under 20% free space, you likely could really use a defrag also.
