iPod 4G message won't let me listen to music download.Why?

This is the message: "You do not have permission to access the requested resource". I downloaded a video off of iTunes. I disabled all restrictions. I don't know what else to do. I have an iPod Touch 4G, IOS 6.0.1. Can anyone tell me how to get the video to play?:(
