Actually both my new 5th gen iPod touch and my iPhone are showing this. I disabled DND on the iPhone. On the iPod it can stay on...I only use it every now and then,
January 7th - next Monday.
Kinda strange though why iOS has issues with New Years. Last year iOS 5 had issues with recurring alarms.
