What browser? Every browser does this differently.

Okay, thank you! From now foreword, I will start a new thread for new questions.

My browser is Safari, and it is the only one I use.

Go to Safari > Clear Browsing Data...

When I go to Safari, the options are:

About Safari
Safari Extensions...
----------------------------
Preferences...
Private Browsing
Reset Safari
----------------------------
Services
---------------------------

Is it Reset Safari? Will that clear cookies, history and cache ?

Safari main menu at the top.... History, clear history. If you press reset Safari it will do more than just wipe the browsing history so be careful doing that.

Simple enough! Thank you very much!

How often should I clear history?

Whoops, I was thinking of Chrome (I was away from my Mac). You want the reset option.

How often should you clear history? As often as you'd like. However, there isn't really a reason to do it for most people. Any particular reason why you're doing it?

"reset option", meaning Reset Safari?

The reason is because sometimes my computer is slow. Is there anything else I can do to keep it shipshape?
