Largest time machine hd replacement

Hi, I currently have. 2tb time machine and want to replace the hard drive with a larger one. What is the largest drive I can use.

It is the model that supports wireless n at 2.5 and 5 ghz

The largest capacity HDDs out now are 4TB.

These seem to be sata iii, can these be used? Although there would be no benefit to sata iii the size would be.
