How to access USB drive over network with windows machine?

Ok, I have an old eMac running 10.4.11 that I use as a home file server. It is great; perfect for the job. I have recently bought a couple of 16gb USB flash drives. I want to know how to access them over the network with my windows machines, to use as extra storage. Thanks in advance :)

late 2012 mini w/SSD
You have to have windows sharing on and identify the drive in File > Get Info as shared. I think I used the shareware "SharePoints" to set that up.
