Just brought a brand new ipod classic and when i plug it into the computer in comes up on the desktop but doesn't come up in the source list in iTunes. i have done the 5 R's, uninstalled and then reinstalled iTunes and have got all the updates for mac and iTunes. It works when i plug it into a windows computer but not into my macbook pro. Help?? Thanks
