i have been havign the same issue with the way its encoded fro a program i use called UTAU
it uses an .ini text file that i have made and fine tuned in the mac version of this program, but since it has sme japanese characters in it when i get it all ready for windows, i open it, its fine but when i put it into the program it reads it wrng and shows all encrypted japanese? please help?
