pairing wireless keyboard with ipad2

I am having problems pairing my T6062 wireless keyboard to my Ipad2 it keeps saying pairing unsuccessful make sure it is turned on, in range, and is ready to pair

Have you tried turning the keyboard on and off while its trying to pair?
