Sent emails disappearing

Hi guys,

Can one, or more, of you please help me with this situation that I have.

I am running my imac on 10.7.4 and using mail version 5.2 on a exchange IMAP setting. Normally everything runs fine and all sent messages are saved in the sent folder. However, when I send a file with an attachment larger than a certain size, the email is no longer saved in the sent folder once it has gone.

Has anybody had similar issues, if so how did you resolve them.

If I had to guess, your Exchange admin likely has a limit set on attachment size. So, while it seems like your messages are being sent, they're really getting blocked. Did you check to see if they actually delivered?
