I need to replace my "Import" folder for my iTunes

I had to move my "Import" folder for my iTunes so that it would recognize my new iPhone5. Now that I 'synced' it, I need to get the folder back into iTunes. I can't figure out how to do it. Any advise? Thanks in advance.
