Connection to TV

I currently have the mid 2012 macbook pro, and want to be able to connect it to my television, which is a Samsung Series 4 LCD tv,
i want to purchase this cable

what other cables will i need to purchase in order to connect to my television?

That should work, and should support video and audio

do i know need another cable, to plug in from the adapter to the television

Anyone?

You will also need the HDMI cable.

Make sure you get one that is labeled as "high speed".
It does not need to be expensive, but I shy away from the cheapest ones also.
Have a look at Amazon (their Amazon Basics are decent cables) or monoprice.
