SD Card not read after updated to Mountain Lion

Hello,

i've updated my OS X to Mountain lion (10.8.2). Since then, my mackbook doesn't detect my SD card when inserted. How can i make it seen again? it was working just fine with the Snow Leopard.

My mac is mid 2010.

Can you see the SD card from Disk Utility? Applications, Utilities, Disk Utility.

well .. it has been detected automatically without doing anything .. but not all the times .. when it's detected i can see it in disk utility but most of the time when it's not detected, it doesn't appear in the disk utility

It sounds like the problem then is with the SD card and not because you upgraded to Mountain Lion. Can you try another SD card to see if the same problem occurs?
