Can't Get Rid Of

My Trend Micro Smart Surfing for Mac subscription recently ran out and I have no interest in renewing it. The problem is that every time I use my laptop, a "Renew Now" window pops up in the corner and doesn't go away until I restart. It usually comes back after about five minutes. I can't close it and even clicking the "Renew Now" button does nothing. It just sits there, jumping to the front of my screen, and I want it gone. Thanks for any help.

this does not work for me I have the same problem no matter what I try it comes back whenever i do a restart
