How about this ThinkPad? I heard it has really good color gamut. Newegg.com - Lenovo ThinkPad T530 23924BU 15.6" LED Notebook - Core i7 i7-3520M 2.9GHz - Black
If you're looking for colorful screens, you can check out the Lenovo Thinkpad T530 with the 95% NTSC color gamut 1080p display, which makes the MBP's display look dull and muted in comparison. Several Clevo laptops also have (inexpensive) 95% NTSC color gamut display options, and by default, they come with 72% NTSC color gamut displays.
FWIW (and I am no expert) but IMO you are putting WAY too much emphasis on color gamut. But, if that is really important to you, then from what little I know you should be researching on what Backlighting is used by the LCD screen and this is supposedly the primary driver in Color Gamut. As a minimum you should look at systems that use CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light), and better yet are those that use white LEDs for backlighting.
