ok...i have been working on this problem for almost 6 hours today....
this is my setup...
i have an old airport graphite base station set up in my dorm room...it is specified to the ip addy the school gave me.
i have my g5 connected wirelessly to it, and my ibook as well.... (simple....of course...cuz its mac)
now the hard part i have a pc (win xp professional) with a wireless nic. (D-Link DWL-G520) and i cant get it to connect to the airport for the life of me...
one thing to keep in mind...i must keep the network locked down with a password or something....to keep others off my network...as my bandwidth is restricted, and others stealing my bandwidth = no internet for the rest of the year....
please help me....right now im formatting my pc just because it probably couldnt hurt......thats how annoyed i am...
