Reset ethernet card on iMac model 4.1

Hi, I have a problem with upload speed on my iMac and would like to know how (if possible) to reset the ethernet card to see if that fixes it. My internet connection is good and works with my other computer with an upload speed of 2.1 but my iMac is only getting an upload speed of 0.03 - 0.05 ?

Can anyone help Please.

Your iMac doesn't have an ethernet "card". Ethernet abilities are integrated into the logic board.
