Hi all, i downloaded a DVD Video posted to me over the Internet all the files are under the VIDEO_TS folder on my hard drive.

The video plays perfectly on my Mac Book Pro through the standard DVD Player App

I would like to put this Video on a DVD to play on a normal DVD player through my TV.

I thought it would be easy, i used BURN firstly in Video mode, it didnt recognise all the files.

I then tried DATA Mode, it appeared to put all the files onto the DVD but it WOULD NOT PLAY, i am hoping it is because i chose the INCORRECT format :- DVD (UDF)

So can please anyone tell me what FORMAT i should have used, thanks. i am running out of Blank Dual Layer DVD's !!

I feel a proper dummy !

hi buddy, thanks for those two links, but i have now wasted about 3 more DL DVD's summat aint working out, the BURN link looked good, but see screenshot, some of the files are greyed out !!!, i burnt a disc with these greyed out files not included and it didnt work.

the other idea, i wasted one disc, before i saw the ammendment underneath, which made it so complicated i gave up after messing up another DL DVD

the third Disc got wasted when i simply went to Finder and selected burn ISO to disc, which of course made a copy of the ISO, i nearly give up !!

There must be an easier way ? i dont mind paying for an APP that will definitely do the JOB !!!!! and EASILY !!!!!

Happily it is now solved, i already had a program called iSkySoft DVD Copy Pro, which also failed to what i wanted, i then contacted the support desk, who recommended me to update the software, to the latest version, which as it happens was fully compatible with my Mountain Lion, so now i have burnt the Videos perfectly OK now, thanks.

thanks for looking.
