Change file list sort order

I use OS X 10.8.2 and when I use Finder to list, say, the files on my desktop, the files are listed A to Z as you would expect. However in Numbers, Pages, some others, and also HERE when I go to Manage Attachments|Choose file, the files are listed Z to A. How can I change that?

Click on "Name" at the top of the column.

Thanks for the reply but unlike Finder, when I try to click the 'Name' column heading (or any column heading) nothing happens.

Right click an empty space in that folder > Arrange By > set to None.

Can't duplicate it here - working just fine.
Not sure what to suggest.


edit:
Even if I have it set to "arrange by" a certain parameter in Finder, I can still select "Name" in the Manage Attachments browser window.
So, I don't know.

Thanks, but when attaching a file here I can't do that and when I go to Finder it's already that way. Changing Finder from 'None' to 'Name' both show the files in Finder in A to Z order but that has no effect on the list I see here when I try to attach a file, or in Numbers or Pages when I try to open a file - the sort order is always Z to A.

Ahhh, thank you both. It's working now. When in Pages or Numbers if I change to None and then click on the name column heading I can show the list in either A to Z or Z to A order. Then if I leave it in A to Z order and click 'Name' as the way in which I want to see the files ordered it stays A to Z in both Pages and Numbers and also here.
