I accidentally reset the display res on my Mac Mini (10.6.8) to 576 and now nothing displays but the standard 'aurora' screen. No menu bar, no folders, no dock, nada. I'm using it with a 32" tv monitor. I'm guessing it has something to do with mirroring, but I'm fresh outa ideas. No KB shortcuts work. There has to be a fix for this, short of the dumpster. Any suggestions greatly appreciated..

I "think" restarting in Safe Mode will reset the resolution to default.

Shut down.
Press the power button.
Press and hold the 'Shift' key as soon as you hear the startup chime
You can release it when you see the Apple on the screen - not until.
Once you're booted up, you can restart.
