Refurbed or new???

Hey guys, I ordered a pair of 4th-gen iPod touches from Best Buy (X-Mas for niece/nephew) that were supposed to be new. I got them today and they are not in normal retail packaging. I haven't opened them yet, but I'm wondering if this is how refurbs are packaged. I've attached a photo if anyone knows. Also, one is supposed to be white, the other black. They both appear to be white (edit... ok, one is more obviously black once the packaging was put side-by-side. You can see through the wrapping a little). I'm heading directly to the store tomorrow over this, but if anyone can tell me anything from the packaging, that will help.

Well never mind. I dug up an unboxing video and apparently this is actually how they do ship. Odd.
