photo app

All I'm trying to do is crop and enhance a photo then put a frame of some sort and a caption on the picture. what can I do this with?

There are many options here, but I'd suggest doing the editing of the photo with iPhoto, and then using Portraits and Prints from Econ Technologies (discontinued but still works) to do the rest of it. Works perfectly with iPhoto.
