XCode command line tools?

So I downloaded and installed this package. It runs, and says it was successful. But... where are the tools it installs? 'which mkisofs' returns nothing. I'm running a 'find' but that hasn't turned up anything yet.

I'm pretty sure that mkisofs doesn't come as part of the CLI tools. It is however available through MacPorts and Homebrew (it's part of the cdrtools package).
